98ef targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals once the request has been submitted and any required verification is complete. Raast and bank transfer withdrawals may take longer due to the banking system's own processing times. 98ef submits these promptly on its end and has no control over delays within the banking network itself.
Before processing a withdrawal, 98ef may request identity verification documents. This is a standard requirement to protect players against fraudulent withdrawals from compromised accounts. Required documents may include a copy of a valid CNIC and proof of ownership of the payment method being used. Verification requests are handled promptly by the 98ef support team.
Note: Only real-money balances that are free of any active wagering requirement can be withdrawn. Bonus credits and funds subject to rollover conditions are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
98ef offers sports betting across cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, Esports and other markets. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform regardless of sport or market type.
A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation reference from the 98ef system. Bets that do not generate a confirmation reference for any reason – including network issues on your end – are not considered placed. It is your responsibility to check that your bet has been confirmed before assuming it is active.
Bets are settled according to the official result published by the relevant governing body for the sport concerned. For cricket, this includes results declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or other relevant bodies for the competition in question. In the event of a match being abandoned or no result declared, bets are settled as void and stakes returned unless specific in-play settlement rules for that market state otherwise.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled before completion; an obvious pricing error occurred at the time the bet was placed; the bet was placed on a market suspended due to a technical fault. Void bets are not considered losses and do not count towards any wagering requirement.
Maximum single-bet and accumulator winning limits apply at 98ef. These limits are stated in the bet slip at the time of placement and vary by market and sport. Any winnings above the applicable cap will be paid out at the cap amount. VIP members on eligible tiers may benefit from higher maximum winning limits on selected cricket and PSL markets.
98ef offers bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to these general Terms. Where any conflict exists between the general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that bonus only.
Most bonuses at 98ef carry a wagering requirement – a minimum amount that must be staked before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 10,000 must be wagered before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games or markets are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
Bonuses and any associated free bets or spins expire if not used within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are removed from accounts automatically and cannot be reinstated. It is the player's responsibility to check the expiry date of any bonus at the time it is claimed.
Attempting to abuse, exploit or circumvent the conditions of any 98ef bonus – including through multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns or other methods – is strictly prohibited. 98ef reserves the right to void bonus winnings, close accounts and decline further participation in promotions where abuse is identified.
